Key Responsibilities:


 



  • Serve as the primary customer-facing representative, delivering exceptional field client service and daily engagement with HCPs across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 



  • Drive achievement of defined sales targets and business growth objectives within the assigned territory. 



  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers, identifying opportunities to align HIKMA pharmaceuticals' capabilities with clinical needs. 



  • Support healthcare providers by operationalizing test requests and ensuring a smooth, hassle-free process for sample collection and ordering of Guardant Health assays. 



  • Act as the bridge between the customer and the company, delivering key corporate messages to HCPs and providing actionable customer feedback to leadership. 



  • Organize and facilitate customer participation in conferences, advisory boards, and scientific meetings to ensure high levels of engagement. 



  • Monitor the commercial landscape within assigned accounts and analyze trends to optimize account management. 



  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries or reporting issues by collaborating effectively with internal teams and Client Services. 



  • Adhere to all company Compliance, Privacy, and Business Conduct policies, representing Hikma pharmaceuticals' values of integrity, respect, and trust. 


 


 


Qualifications:


 


We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:



  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy



  • Minimum 5+ years of successful account management experience, specifically within oncology.  



  • Experience with Government hospitals & private healthcare groups across all regions of Saudi Arabia.  



  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex accounts in the healthcare market. 



  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 



  • Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 



  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout Saudi Arabia. 



  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & CRM.  


 


 


Preferred Qualifications:


 



  • Direct sales experience in Oncology or Molecular Diagnostics is highly preferred. 



  • Proven ability in consultative selling and building long-term relationships with oncologists. 



  • Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks and diagnostic pathways.
