Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring a Post Commander for a gated residential community in Culver City.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is professional, friendly, and understands that security is also customer service. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, communicate clearly, and create a welcoming but secure environment for residents, guests, vendors, and team members.

This is a client-facing leadership role, so we need someone who is dependable, polished, approachable, and able to stay calm and professional throughout the day.

Monday – Friday7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay

Starting at $22.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

As the Post Commander, you will help oversee the daily security operations at the gate and make sure the post runs smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors with a professional and friendly attitude
• Manage access control at the gated community entrance
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security standards
• Communicate with residents, management, and security team members
• Support and guide officers on post
• Report incidents, concerns, or unusual activity as needed
• Maintain a professional presence at all times
• Help ensure the post is organized, consistent, and well-run
