We are seeking an individual with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow on our team as a Customer Service Supervisor! This position oversees the sales and customer service aspect of the inside sales group. We are looking for the skilled multi-tasker who loves challenging themselves and is also able to handle any and all problems with both customers and co-workers.
**Location: Works out of our Spring Hill location**
Shift: 8am – 5pm Mon-Fri
Pay: $80,000 - $82,000/year

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Consisting of handling quotes for customers and handling customer service issues.
- Communication with vendors on credit issues and customer quotes.
- Responsible for resolving receiving issues.
- Assure service to internal and external customers is effective, timely, and accurate.
- Tests and checks new options and different ways to input data into the system.
- Manage the inside sales representatives' hours and time worked.
- Manage overtime, productivity, and cost per man hour.
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed by employees and initiates corrective action when necessary.
Experience:
- Experience with installation and production of exterior and interior doors is a plus
- DMSI and WMS experience is a plus.
