Summary
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for coordinating all plannable maintenance work; the Maintenance Planner will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to utilize other Maintenance personnel and the needed resources to create and complete work orders. The Maintenance Planner will establish strong relationships between key functions within the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Execute and adjust maintenance plan with the Maintenance Supervisor
· Generate and plan (time, resources, parts, etc.) completion of work orders
· Run a weekly planning meeting to involve production, maintenance, and engineering departments
· Track and report KPIs as identified
· Maintain and log inventory counts
· Receive inventory and parts deliveries, and record into the CMMS system
· Maintain stock room
· Pack up items for return and create shipping labels
· Submit purchase orders for replenishment of inventory and repair work
· Input mechanic feedback into CMMS system
· Follow up on work order status and request follow up from Maintenance staff
· Report discrepancies regarding work orders to Maintenance Supervisor
· Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience
- A High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing environment or equivalent training and experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management of the company, as well as with external suppliers and contractors
- Knowledge of inventory management and service planning
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
- Working knowledge of mechanical and industrial parts and supplies preferred
Benefits
Pay Range- $30-$37 per hour depending on experience
Medical, Dental, Vision insurance eligible 1st of month after 30 days. 401k eligible after 90 days of employment.
