Leadership / Team Lead Expectations
Provide technical leadership: guide 2–4 engineers (DevOps / automation), assign work, review changes, and ensure deliverables meet quality and timelines.
Drive operational best practices: documentation, tracking via JIRA, transparent status reporting, and continuous improvement.
Mentor junior engineers and help build depth in deployment automation, troubleshooting, and operational ownership.
Required Skills & Experience
