Job Description

G’day, we’re Mosh and Moshy

Our mission is to get Aussies the best possible health outcomes through best-in class health programs. We know the current healthcare system is not meeting the needs of the modern Australian, and we reckon there’s a better, more holistic way. Our solutions for hair loss, sexual health, skin care, mental health and weight management are easy, accessible and completely discreet.

More than a job

There’s nothing better than the feeling that what you’re doing matters and makes a difference. We’re pretty lucky this is the norm and not the exception for us. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this Senior Product Manager will work closely with our marketing & medical operations teams to build out a best in class commerce platform: the backbone to how our patients experience Mosh and Moshy.

They’ll be focused on trying to build out the patient facing & internal tools that drive our acquisition funnels, engagement workflows & retention experiences: designed to provide clinically sound, personalised and timely experiences designed to scale our platform globally.

What you’ll do

On a day to day basis you will:

  • Lead a cross-functional team including engineers & product designer, working hand in hand with our marketing clinical operations and directly with our founders to
  • Be responsible for your defining & delivering on your team’s roadmap, the point person for cross functional communication with leadership, medical operations, customer support, specifically focused on:
    • Defininging, building and scaling our product catalog, pricing & bundling capabilities designed to offer the right care, to the right person, at the right price
    • Owning the platform that enables technical and non technical owners to build, test and refine workflows that allow us to acquire & retain patients. This includes defining & setting the clinical and operational guardrails in conjunction with our Chief Medical Officer, other product teams, and our operations teams, and defining the experience not just for patients, but internal users building these experiences
    • Be our in-house expert on our billing platform: helping Mosh identify opportunities to improve the way that we allow people to pay, automate dunning processes, enable different billing options and scale new products to more regions globally
  • Help assess new opportunities by understanding new problems through user research, quantify the impact to our patients and determining the key measure of success as you outline the plan to successfully deliver on them
  • Work in an agile environment that’s actually agile: you’ll be iterating on ideas and shipping them to customers weekly based on customer feedback and business needs
  • Lead user research sessions to discover and test new experiences, and ensure we bring the right ones to life, sharing your experiences with the company at our bi-weekly showcases
  • Serve as a contributor to the product, design and data team’s culture by bringing new perspectives and ways of working to level-up everyone’s work

Experience you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who is curious and committed to delighting customers at every touchpoint. Someone who works best in a collaborative, flexible environment and open to learning, testing ideas, and

iterating based on customer feedback frequently.

You’ll be juggling a few projects simultaneously but be guided by an experienced team to improve your craft and step into more senior roles. A passion for health and solving the challenges facing men in the healthcare sector is also a huge plus!

  • You’ve got at least 5+ years of product management experience from working within a tech company, and can speak to how your work contributed towards its success
  • You’ve worked in ecommerce or marketplace companies in a product role before: you know commerce, billing or workflow automation platforms like the back of your hand
  • You think through problems systematically, design future proof plans and spot potential edge cases a mile away
  • You’ve spent equal amounts of time doing qualitative interviews and asking the right questions, as you have measuring the quantitative results of your releases to make the right decisions
  • You’re AI native: you’re always focused on solving the right problem but you’re not afraid to prototype ideas to explain your point of view and show, rather than tell
  • You’re as comfortable in the weeds on technical details and user stories as you are with longer term strategy and thinking from first principles with your decisions
  • You over communicate, can distill information to the right level of detail for the right audience,
  • You love moving at incredible speed and have a bias for action. You’ll need it, you’ll be in the decision makers seat on the platform that powers all of our patient’s experience

What’s on offer

We hire teammates that share our values, believe in our mission and are passionate about the future of health. Some of the reasons our team loves Mosh and Moshy include:

  • We’re a creative, friendly and collaborative bunch that’s passionate about creating best in health programs
  • Flexible, hybrid environment – 3 days in-office collaboration in Surry Hills, 2 days from home.
  • Access to on-demand training and development
  • Up to 16 weeks paid parental leave
  • Product discounts
  • Two extra paid leave days during our annual office closure
  • Purpose leave (mental health or L&D)
  • EAP and wellbeing programs
  • ClassPass discount
  • Our work makes a real, positive impact on the lives of others
