Job Description

Responsible for developing, maintaining and optimizing data processes by migrating them to Snowflake cloud. Work closely with cross functional teams to design and implement scalable, efficient and robust data solutions that enable seamless data flow and analysis to create a cloud-based infrastructure. 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. 
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for software applications and systems. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. 
  • Have strong understanding of enterprise technology stack and cloud native technologies. 
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems. 
  • Position may require travel to various and unanticipated workplaces throughout the U.S. Telecommuting is permitted.

Qualifications

Requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a directly related field plus seven (7) years of Related professional experience. Must have at least seven (7) years of experience with the following: Java, SQL, Python, Apache Spark. Must have at least five (5) years of experience with the following: Snowflake, Apache Airflow, Elastic Search. Must have at least three (3) years of experience with the following: Angular, Spring Boot. Must have at least two (2) years of experience with the following: Snowpark.

40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm, Salary range: $190,000 to $195,000 per year.
