Program and Role Summary:
The primary focus of the Resource Family Coach is to provide training and support to prospective Marin County resource parents. This may include coordination and implementation of designated training or learning opportunities, managing prospective resource parent attendance and evaluations and surveys of trainees and curriculum development support as needed.
This is a part-time position budgeted for up to 6 hours/week, with a varied schedule, as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct designated Marin Resource Family Approval training for prospective Marin County Resource Parents.
- Assist in the development of training curriculum as needed.
- Utilize designated learning management systems with proficiency.
- Support the scheduling of training schedules.
- Develop promotional and training materials for training events as needed.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.
