Job Description:We are looking for a solution architect ready to leverage BEUMER Group’s premium technology to solve complex logistics challenges. In this role, you will translate raw customer data into high-performance material flow concepts, backed by the reliability of our world-class sorting and conveying systems. Working side-by-side with Sales Managers, you will design solutions that eliminate bottlenecks and optimize throughput, proving that our engineering superiority translates into real business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing customer needs and data to design warehouse automation systems that strictly reflect operational requirements and business goals.
- Conducting deep analysis of material flows to identify bottlenecks and propose optimized intralogistics solutions.
- Preparing comprehensive system concepts and detailed 2D/3D layouts using CAD tools to visualize the proposed solutions.
- Creating precise calculations, cost estimations, and technical documentation to support the commercial offering.
- Acting as the technical authority during the sales process, supporting Sales Managers with data-driven arguments and presenting solutions to clients.
- Coordinating with internal engineering teams and Headquarters to ensure that proposed concepts are technically feasible and aligned with global standards.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies in warehouse automation to continuously improve system designs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Logistics, Automation, Mechanics or related)
- Languages: Polish native, English (min. B2) – mandatory for daily technical consultation with Customers, HQ, Suppliers and international documentation. Other languages are a plus.
- Experience: Practical background in intralogistics or automation with a deep understanding of warehouse processes and material flow logic.
- Tools: High proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD) and MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Nice to have: Experience in technical sales support or presales roles.
