
About this Position
You will be part of the logistics department, playing a key role in supporting Henkel’s core operationsWhat you´ll do
Core job responsibility
- Develop and implement optimized inbound/outbound/import/export/return logistics process and efficiency
- Hands on management of logistics activities (mainly export operation)
- Transaction monitoring of SAP movement and error handling
- Resolve issues related to transportation delays, damages, or customer service inquiries.
- Cost management of warehouse activities (Purchase order creation and billing)
- Supplier management of third-party logistics and freight forwarder
- Analyzed logistics cost and improved operational process
- Monitor KPIs such as shipping accuracy, lead times, and cost-to-serve, reporting regularly
- Work with cross functional teams
- Maintain manual and procedure
- Leading/participated ad hoc project

What makes you a good fit
- Basic understanding of SAP
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage vendor relationships.
- Ability to analyze logistics data to identify trends and process improvements.
- More than 5 years’ experience of logistics
- Business process analysis and process improvement
- Proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power point, teams and share point)
- Written and oral communication of English and Japanese

of Registered Customs Specialist or Logistics Management (Grade 2)
