JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Executive Assistant, the Administrative Intern will assist with business operations, corporate events, document organization, and administrative projects. A primary focus includes planning and coordinating a large fundraising event.
Open to Doyon Shareholders ONLY.
This Internship will work May-August.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support corporate donations, event planning and fundraising events
- Assist in planning and organizing events in Fairbanks
- Work independently under general direction on a wide variety of projects
- Support Doyon, Limited Leadership and staff as needed
- Assist with document categorizing and creation of administrative templates
- Perform special projects as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a Doyon Shareholder.
- Valid Driver's license, ready access to a registered vehicle and must be able to provide proof of state-required insurance on a registered vehicle.
SKILLS INTERN WILL OBTAIN:
- Intern will obtain essential skills in organizing, planning, writing, researching, and networking.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The majority of work is performed in a professional office setting with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities, and abilities.
