Responsibilities: This person will manage the Mid-Ozark facility in Lebanon, MO to achieve maximum operating efficiency and savings for MFA. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.



What You’ll Do




  • Maintain a positive attitude with patrons and other employees

  • Responsible for timely application of work orders.

  • Communicate with customers regarding status of work orders

  • Responsible for ensuring all DOT drivers are trained and records are up to date

  • Communicate daily with plant employees regarding goals for the day and provide feedback on their performance

  • Ensure all necessary safety training and recordkeeping is being conducted

  • Maintain adequate supply, quality control, and minimum shrinkage.

  • Oversee inventory and ensure inventory records are accurate
