The Warehouse Supervisor, under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, will lead and supervise office and warehouse personnel, and monitor and facilitate all office and warehouse functions (Receiving, Shipping, Inventory, Expediting, Packing, etc.) to ensure they are executed accurately and timely according to established policies, procedures, processes.
What you will be responsible for:
Design and implement quality procedures, processes, and work instructions to increase productivity and improve efficiency in the office and warehouse functions where needed.
Cross train warehouse personnel on all applicable clerical and warehouse procedures and processes.
Ensure material handling equipment (MHE) is maintained and serviceable.
Collaborate with internal and external Management and Vendors to ensure program standards are met.
Lead warehouse and Office Clerks to ensure that predetermined productivity, cost and quality standards are achieved or exceeded.
Ensure safety, housekeeping, and facility maintenance standards are met.
Act as Facility and Safety representative; ensuring all safety training and safety checks are completed and maintained.
Perform QA (Quality Assurance) tasks; audit incoming and outgoing material, ensure inventory accuracy and monitor warehouse packaging requirements and supplies.
Maintain logs, records, and metrics.
All other duties as assigned.
What you will need to be successful in this role:
Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three to Five (3-5) years’ experience in a Warehouse Supervisory role supervising 10 or more people.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Recent Intermediate level experience operating a sit-down forklift.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds and comply with OSHA standards.
Typical Schedule: The core hours are, Mon to Fri, 7am to 3:30pm. Although salaried, the candidate must be flexible to work O/T before and after the core shift hours; to include occasional weekends.
Compensation:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000. This reflects the base pay for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
