Role Purpose
The Training Content Analyst plays a key role in the development of customized training solutions for the telecommunications domain.
This professional is responsible for designing, developing, and validating high-quality educational content and learning assets, working in close collaboration with telecommunications subject matter experts and under the guidance of the Instructional Designer.
The role brings a strong learner-centric perspective, ensuring an effective and engaging training experience aligned with predefined methodologies and strategies.
Key Accountabilities
Content Development & Technical Alignment
- Develop training content and specialized learning assets for telecommunications programs, ensuring technical accuracy and instructional quality.
- Analyze technical information required for content development in collaboration with Service Analysts, Supervisors, and client technical teams.
- Adapt content to the needs, objectives, and profiles of different audiences based on approved briefings.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Immersion
- Conduct technical immersions with client subject matter experts to gather information and ensure content relevance.
- Participate in client meetings, including briefing sessions, internal validations, and final content approval meetings.
- Support and collaborate closely with the Instructional Designer, proactively contributing to the educational solution design.
Content Validation & Quality Assurance
- Validate training materials daily, performing adjustments and improvements as needed.
- Perform cross-validation of content, including safety-related materials, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Accompany and support recording sessions when required, ensuring alignment between content and delivery.
End-to-End Delivery & Governance
- Follow and actively participate in the entire demand lifecycle, monitoring deliverables and ensuring technical and instructional consistency.
- Develop supporting materials such as lesson plans, participant manuals, instructor guides, and learning assessment instruments.
- Report progress, risks, and outcomes to the assigned Supervisor.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Languages, Communication, Journalism, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields.
- Proven experience in developing educational and training content, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
- Previous experience working directly with telecommunications professionals to gather requirements and create technical content.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to content quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and agile environment.
- Experience or knowledge of agile methodologies is considered a plus.
