Description
• The candidate must possess a good control of changing corporate objectives in a dynamic marketplace. Moreover, the candidate must exhibit a clear comprehension and appreciation for the postulates and practice of IT Governance. • Conducts research and analysis on difficult, but well-defined tasks; articulates issues and recommends solutions. • May provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals and/or support teammates. • Defines configuration specifications and business requirements to ensure alignment with roadmap objectives • Conducts market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends • Develops and maintains documentation, including business process flows and user stories • Supports sprint planning and reviews to ensure timely product delivery • Supports the testing and validation
Selection Criteria
• Practical experience in Risk management, particularly Liquidity Risk and Asset–Liability Management (ALM) • Understanding of Trade workflow and front and back office business processes • Trade capture • Accounting processes and controls • Business requirements analysis • Sprint planning and delivery within an Agile environment • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban • Plain vanilla and structured instruments (e.g., bonds and swaps with complex payouts or optionality) • Reporting frameworks and downstream data marts • Trade capture systems (e.g., Pega, MarkitWire) • In house subledger or accounting systems • Product roadmap development • Value proposition development • Degree or certification in Risk Management
