Job Description

Overview

Lead management team to deliver impact and outcomes of our proprietary HR advisory solutions model. Deliver world class service and results to include revenue management, customer satisfaction, customer retention, and related operational performance measures. Acts as an influential change agent in support of our brand and pace to deliver market leading value realization to our customer base.


Responsibilities

  • Inspire leader development and achievement of operating goals.
  • Apply business acumen and deep experience to advance the organization's goals in a rapidly evolving HCM/HR outsourcing market where delivery of advisory services is paramount. 
  • Demonstrate a point of view on current and future state conditions, regularly contributing or taking lead on executive reporting.
  • Maintain regular pulse on operating results and remains out in front of actions to recognize opportunities, celebrate wins, and have strong contingency plans to recover revenue.
  • Create a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives. Empowers leaders to make decisions and take accountability.
  • Sees ahead to future possibilities and translates them into breakthrough strategies. Applies industry and market trends in decision making and boldly explores possibilities that may impact the team or organization in the future.
  • Cultivates strong partnership across the organization to ensure common business objectives are achieved
  • Develops and cultivates strong client relationships 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
  • 3 years of experience in management experience
  • Previous experience with management of remote staff

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $104,330-163,950 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
