Junior Student Coordinator 

Warsaw Office

Are you ready for a dynamic role in a truly international environment? 

As a Junior Student Coordinator, you will promote our Global EF Language Abroad programs to potential students with the support of your local Polish and Global Teams. You will engage with customers personally, via email, and over the phone, guiding them from their first inquiry until they return home from their trip. 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Promoting Language Study Abroad Programs: Use our internal database to sustain a successful long-term promotion strategy 

  • Excellent Communication: Maintain a high-volume of outbound tele-promotion calls daily to potential students 

  • Team Spirit: Motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team promotion goals with a positive, competitive attitude 

  • Relationship building: Represent EF Language Abroad at fairs and Universities to meet prospective students throughout the year 

  • Teamwork: Build strong relationships with our global and diverse Promotion and Campus Teams to provide students with the best EF Language Abroad experience 

*Please note that this role is fully on-site. Working together in person fosters creativity, spontaneous idea-sharing, and stronger team connections, which we believe is essential for success.

What Were Looking For: 

  • Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)

  • Full fluency in Polish (reading, writing, speaking)

  • Full working rights in Poland 

  • Someone who is detail-oriented with a ‘can-do’ attitude

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus! 

  • All additional languages are a plus!
