Job Description

Claris is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Apple and the leader in the workspace innovation platform space. We are advancing existing technologies and developing new and exciting products.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated developer who will be part of a small, dynamic, DevOps team.

Description

The DevOps Engineer will contribute to internal and external-facing AI driven innovations. This hire will sustain and enhance software applications for licensing and fulfillment and automate setup and verification. We’re looking for someone who is collaborative and thorough, who can build and automate software delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and stabilize all the environments to deploy to production when releases are ready.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Computer Science or equivalent
  • 7+ years of proven experience in Development/DevOps/Infrastructure/IT area
  • 5+ years of public cloud working experience. AWS certificate a plus.
  • Hands-on work experience in setting up AI-enabled tooling/system or integration of such components
  • Languages: Python, Unix shell scripts, Java Script
  • Security framework: Public Key Cryptography, encryption, and Certificate
  • Operating Systems: Linux/Unix
  • Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
  • CI/CD and Automation Tools: Jenkins, Terraform, and Helm
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good organizational skills to complete and follow up with tasks and action items.
  • Dedicated, innovative, accountable, and willing to take challenges and risks.
  • Collaborative and thorough with attention to details.
  • Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science or equivalent, preferably master’s degree.
  • Hands-on working experiences in setting up AI-enabled tooling/system or integration of such components.
  • Led infrastructure/architectural design and optimization, good with networking, impact analysis, optimization, and refactoring.
