  • Physically able to:

    • Perform repetitive tasks

    • Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally

    • Work in environments within 5°F of the outside temperature (especially in summer)

  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own performance

  • A high school graduate or have a GED

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Measure SMC material to specifications for each enclosure

  • Mold enclosures and covers using a press

  • File flash from both interior and exterior surfaces of parts

  • Drill and tap parts according to blueprints

  • Inspect for defects and ensure quality standards

  • Accurately record parts produced

  • Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming products or materials

  • Follow all ISO procedures, flowcharts, and quality policies

  • Drive continuous improvement through the Self-Management Performance (SMP) program

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
