About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Academic Partnerships to join our forward-thinking team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across a multi-state territory, focusing on account retention and revenue growth for our Mid-Market clients. As a Manager of Academic Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients, helping them achieve their educational goals with our innovative products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients within your assigned multi-state territory, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and challenges.

Account Retention: Develop and execute strategies to retain existing clients by ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services.

Revenue Growth through Sales: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and expanding within existing accounts, driving revenue growth and maximizing client lifetime value.

Sales- Focused Client Success Plans: Develop and implement strategic plans to cross-sell and upsell additional products and services, aiming for institution-wide adoption of our solutions. Focus on growing territory revenue by identifying key opportunities and leveraging relationships to expand footprint within each client organization.

Regular Check-ins: Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure their satisfaction, address any issues, and provide updates on new features and offerings.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Implementation Team to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption of our products, facilitating a smooth transition and ongoing support.

Feedback Loop: Gather and relay client feedback to our product and development teams to continuously improve our offerings and address any pain points.

Thought Leadership: Represent Science Interactive at industry events, conferences, and webinars, positioning the company as a leader in science education innovation.

Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and analytics to track client engagement, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.

Ideal Skills and Qualifications

Education and Experience: Bachelor�s degree in Business, Education, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, client success, or a related role, preferably within the education technology sector.

Sales Acumen: Experience driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.

Client-Centric Mindset: Strong commitment to client satisfaction and success, with a proactive approach to solving problems and addressing client needs.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools to analyze data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.

Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
