LPN – Assisted Living (Part-Time, No Weekends)
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 2 Days/Week
Pay: Up to $33/hour

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise resident care in Assisted Living 
• Administer medications and treatments 
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes 
• Communicate with physicians and families 
• Supervise staff 
• Complete charting and documentation 
• Follow all state and facility regulations 

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPN license 
• Reliable and compassionate 
• Strong communication and leadership skills
