Major Accountabilities:
Perform electronic assembly tasks, including soldering, wiring, and component installation, according to engineering drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions.
Ensure the proper handling, placement, and connection of electronic components, circuit boards, and wiring harnesses during assembly processes.
Assist engineers in building and assembling prototype electronic systems, circuits, and devices for testing and evaluation purposes.
Conduct functional testing and performance testing of electronic prototypes to verify their operation, functionality, and compliance with design requirements.
Use test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators to perform tests and measurements on prototype circuits and systems.
Demonstrate technical awareness and understanding of electronic systems, components, and principles relevant to the assigned projects and tasks.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electronic prototypes, circuits, and systems to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Utilize problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to resolve electrical and electronic problems efficiently and effectively.
