Job Summary

Konrad Beverage Company is seeking a reliable Draft Technician to clean, maintain, and service draft beer systems at assigned customer accounts. This role helps ensure high product quality by maintaining draft equipment, rotating products, and supporting retail partners. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently on a service route.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain draft beer systems at customer accounts
• Follow scheduled service routes and complete draft service reports
• Record service times and obtain customer signatures after service
• Rotate and monitor freshness of products
• Remove out-of-code product and report quality concerns
• Maintain inventory of draft parts, cleaning supplies, and tap markers
• Build positive relationships with retail accounts
• Report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
• Maintain a clean company vehicle and operate it safely
• Follow all safety, company, and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a route
• Ability to lift and move products up to 165 lbs.
• Ability to follow draft cleaning procedures and company policies
