Toyota of Tacoma is hiring an experienced Automotive Technician for a high-volume, well-organized shop.
This is a flat-rate role where your income is driven by your production—and where the work is there to support it.
What You Can Expect
- Annual Earnings: $51,000 – $139,000 (based on production)
- Consistent Workflow: Strong car count and steady demand
- Flat-Rate Pay: Earn based on what you produce

What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently
- Handle a mix of maintenance, repairs, and advanced diagnostics
- Work on engines, transmissions, electrical, and hybrid systems
- Maintain productivity while delivering quality work
What We’re Looking For
- Proven technician experience (required)
- Ability to flag hours consistently
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Team player with a solid work ethic
- Toyota experience is a plus—but not required.

Requirements
- 1 year of automotive experience.
- ASE certifications are ideal.
- Strong automotive background
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
- Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
