This role will be based in our Philadelphia office, on an in-office basis. Regular in-office presence is required for day-to-day operations, as well as for team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building.
Position Summary
The Junior Paralegal (Summer Intern) will assist legal and administrative personnel with a wide variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Prepares and drafts routine correspondence/memorandum and emails
Maintains and updates physical and electronic files
Performs basic document review and light research
Schedules calendars and confirms appointments
Reserves conference rooms and prepares materials for conferences
Performs additional duties as required, including but not limited to, assisting with other departments and GT offices
Qualifications
Skills & Competencies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor, and presentation
High attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively
Highly motivated, self-starter who can work well under minimal supervision, as well as take a proactive approach in being team-oriented
Technology
Proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
