Key Responsibilities:
As a Contract BCBA, you will:
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
  • Analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff.
  • Ensure treatment fidelity and adherence to ethical and professional standards.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support client success.
  • Conduct parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical consultations.
  • Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines, insurance requirements, and state regulations.
  • Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Qualifications:
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing in THE STATE OF NV.
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Strong clinical, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Able to obtain a state business contractual license.
  • Able to obtain professional liability insurance.
  • Must be willing to sign a 1 year contract.
