1. Internal Learning Academy (The Crest) Operations & Governance

  • Lead the strategic direction, operational excellence and governance framework of The Crest to ensure it serves as a central platform for learning across the Group.

2. Develop & Drive Strategic Roadmap of The Crest

  • Ensuring alignment with Group business priorities, leadership capability frameworks and future workforce needs.

  • Champion the internal learning academy brand and promote a strong learning culture across the organization.

3. Learning Content & Module Development

  • Overseeing learning modules for The Crest, ensuring content quality, relevance and alignment with adult learning principles and organization values.

4. Trainer Pool Development

  • Identify, assess and onboard internal trainers, subject matter experts and senior leaders to establish sustainable and high-quality trainer pool for internal learning academy.

5. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage with key business stakeholders, subject matter experts and senior leaders to co-create impactful learning experiences and secure buy-in for new initiatives.

6. Project Management & Reporting

  • Manage timelines, deliverables and reporting for special projects, ensuring clear communication and successful execution aligned with Group L&D priorities.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration/any relevant discipline with at least 8 -10 years working experience in HR.

  • Preferred with at least Certificate in Human Resources Management

  • Experience in dealing with operational HR and business landscape

  • Exposed and experienced in Learning & Development

  • Exposed and experienced in managing HR project will be an added advantage

  • Hands-on technical competencies on the following: Learning Design & Curriculum Development, Project Management, Programme Evaluation & Impact Analysis, Digital Learning Tools & Platforms, Stakeholder Engagement & Training Needs Analysis
