Quality Assurance Engineer
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Quality Assurance.
- Certifications in ISO 9001, IPC, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), internal audits, core tools are an asset.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Strong discipline & abity to work within cross-functional team.
Responsibilities
- Quality assurance: Ensure standards and testing protocols
- Testing & Inspection: Conduct product tests and inspections for compliance.
- Troubleshooting: Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Process Improvement: Analyze production data and improve quality control processes.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO, IPC)
- Documentation: Maintain records, prepare quality reports.
- Training & Support: Train staff on quality standards and provide technical support.
- Customer Feedback: Analyze complaints/returns and resolve quality issues.
