Job Description
Assists Store Manager in all duties. You will complete training to efficiently run a profitable Rent-2-Own store in the absence of the manager. Reports to Store and Regional Managers.

Things you will learn and be responsible for:
* Learn various roles/functions of operating a Rent-2-Own store
* Participate in leadership and job training courses
* Assist with inventory control, merchandising, and store cleanliness
* Help establish an employee schedule
* Oversee transfers from warehouse as well as from store to store
* Create sales/marketing plans to generate sales
* Establish plans for team and individual goals to be met
* Other fun stuff like creating employee contests, winning company
contests, and participating in fun company activities
