Duties

You will coordinate or manage a tasker system for a Department of Defense organization.,You will develop and maintain division knowledge management records and coordinate actions with three branch heads and the Fleet Priorities Office leads.,You will provide advice on administrative polices, written correspondence, and management services that are essential to the efficient operation of the Information Warfare Future Capabilities division.,You will coordinate information for senior leaders, both internal and external to the organization, and establishes, develops, and maintain effective working relationships with other coordinating organizations and staffs.,You will coordinate across all divisions to provide holistic and integrated responses and recommendations for the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Information Warfare.,You will serve as the Executive Secretary for the Information Warfare Enterprise (IWE) Board of Directors (BOD) Future Capabilities Cross Functional Team (CFT).,You will manage the Fleet Priorities Office Lab to support strategic planning, idea generation, and senior leader engagement to accelerate the delivery of future capabilities to the fleet.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GG/GS-11) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, such as: 1. Recommending utilization of money, manpower, or material resources. 2. Coordinating or managing a tasker system for a Department of Defense (DoD) organization. 3. Preparing written correspondence for senior leaders. 4. Experience interacting with senior DoD officials (military/civilian). 5. Coordinating IT services and logistical support for an office. 6. Experiencing operating DoD video teleconference systems. 7. Managing security and access requirements for an office/organization.
