• Hours: 40 hours per week
   

Topcon Europe Positioning B.V., in the Netherlands, is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate Specialist who is passionate about creating a safe, compliant, and well‑organized warehouse environment. This role combines operational warehouse support with strong responsibilities in Safety & Security, including acting as BHV Lead (Hoofd BHV).

In this position, you play an essential role in the daily warehouse operations while safeguarding the highest standards of safety and accuracy. Your time will be spent on:

• Warehouse operations, stock accuracy & system handling
• Cross-functional warehouse support & continuous improvement
• Safety & Security leadership (BHV, ARBO, compliance)

About You!

You are a dependable, hands-on team player who takes initiative in building and sustaining a structured, safety‑driven workplace. You are organized, detail‑focused, and committed to ensuring accuracy and the highest safety standards.

Your background includes:

MBO 4 education or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Experience with SAP ECC (preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written) and a minimum of basic Dutch (A2) language
• Valid forklift certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid reach truck certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• BHV certificate (a plus, or willingness to obtain)
