Position Summary:
The Majors Lead is responsible for guiding and supporting the day-to-day execution of operational tasks within the fulfillment process for retail wholesale accounts. This role ensures productivity and accuracy across designated areas of responsibility.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)
· Support and guide team members through the pick, pack, and ship processes to ensure order accuracy and compliance with customer requirements
· Monitor workflow and delegate assignments to maintain department efficiency and fulfillment timelines
· Assist with movement of merchandise and materials through each area of responsibility
· Ensure internal process standards and client compliance protocols are consistently followed throughout the fulfillment cycle
· Use computers, mobile devices, and manual tracking to document and report order activity and performance data
· Monitor supply and equipment needs and report volumes as necessary
· Promote adherence to safety procedures, company policies, and respectful workplace behavior

· Be aware of any issues or conflicts that arise within the team and communicate to Supervisor to address performance concerns through coaching and mentoring
· Ensure that teamwork is being adhered to by setting the example
