Owns and enforces the scheduling, work execution process, and performance review process
Job Responsibilities
- Owns and enforces the scheduling, work execution process and performance review process from E-5 to E+1, ensures adherence to applicable work management procedures.
- Facilitates and enforces process including: Scope stability, milestone adherence, work order restraints, job durations to improve resource utilization for scheduled work.
- Ensures coordination issues, gaps, and exceptions to the above are identified, owned, and tracked to closure.
- Ensure accountability for meeting the work week process.
- Supervise bargaining unit personnel, including conducting personnel evaluations, coaching and disciplinary actions.
Job Specific Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- BS degree
- In lieu of a degree must have equivalent work scheduling experience within the power nuclear industry
- Minimum 6 years nuclear power plant experience in: Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Work Management or equivalent Naval Nuclear experience.
- Minimum 3 Years Leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of a commercial nuclear power plant (PWR or BWR).
- Must meet and maintain Nuclear’ s requirements for Unescorted Site Access.
DESIRED:
- SRO License or Certification, System Engineering.
- Strong computer skill including Knowledge of P6 and SAP applications.
- 10 years nuclear experience in Operations, Engineering, Maintenance or Work Management.
- Experience with development and maintenance of Work Management Cycle Plan.
