Job Description

Some of what you will do:

The Specialist of Metrics Enablement and Reporting is responsible for maintaining accurate and insightful sales dashboards, partnering closely with Data Analytics and Finance to ensure alignment across all source systems. This role publishes weekly KPI and exception reporting, transforms complex data into simplified, store-friendly views, and creates actionable coaching prompts that drive stronger selling behaviors and outcomes. Through timely, accurate, and accessible reporting, the Specialist reduces the analysis burden for leaders and store teams, enabling them to focus on performance execution. The role also supports key operational programs by supporting the building and enablement of programs. Additionally tracking drive-time initiatives and delivering year-over-year insights that help inform strategic decisions and improve business results.

Specifically, You Will:

  • Support & implement solutions that ensure associates deliver on business flawless fundamentals that drive sales growth
  • Participates in & supports cross-functional teams that aim to resolve key business challenges & opportunities
  • Assists in the development of operational & project related reporting including highlighting trends
  • Prepare business presentations to summarize business efforts & business performance
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create, pilot, maintain, and update business support tools as required for Services, Ecosystem and Sales Development programs
  • Support the design, launch, and ongoing optimization of Services, Ecosystem, and Sales programs with a focus on driving adoption, conversion, and measurable business impact

Some of what you need:

  • Post Secondary or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years experience in related field
  • Thorough experience with retail sales and operations
  • High technology acumen
  • Knowledge in process mapping
  • Knowledge of trending analytics best practices
  • Strong communication skills, High visual design skills, Planning & Organizing skills

Physical demands/working conditions:

  • Office environment – Hybrid, with 4 days onsite in Richmond Hill, subject to the hybrid policy.
  • This role involves occasional store visits and travel through Canada.
