At SYNERGY HomeCare of Miami, we are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate, non-medical care that allows our clients to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) who are reliable, caring, and professional.
English-speaking caregivers are welcome. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Provide companionship and emotional support
Offer standby assistance to ensure safety and fall prevention
Assist with transfers and ambulation (within scope of practice)
Take and record vital signs as permitted by certification and care plan
Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful home environment
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and SYNERGY HomeCare staff
Document care accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements
Active CNA or HHA certification (Florida)
English speaking required; Spanish bilingual preferred
Healthcare or home care experience preferred (1+ year a plus)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background screening and drug screening
Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
Compensation & Benefits
Pay range: $16–$25 per hour, based on experience, case type, and shift
