Expanding our office in Spain, we are looking for a Project Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of solar EPC projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards;


• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams to develop project scopes, timelines, and resource allocations;


• Manage project risks, including regulatory compliance, supply chain issues, and environmental considerations specific to solar installations;


• Conduct regular progress reviews, stakeholder communications, and reporting to senior management and clients;


• Oversee site assessments, permitting processes, and commissioning activities, with on-site visits as required;


• Foster relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery;


• Utilise project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore) to track milestones, budgets, and performance metrics;


• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and sustainability practices;


• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards throughout all project phases.

 

Requirements:

• Project Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field; PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable;


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the solar, renewable energy, or construction industry, with at least 2 years in an EPC environment;


• Proven track record of managing solar projects from inception to completion, including utility-scale or ground-mounted installations;


• Familiarity with solar technologies, grid integration, and relevant regulations;


• Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with the ability to travel for office meetings and site visits.
