Overview:

VTG is looking for a Business Program and Project Manager in Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Support senior level personnel with assistance to planning and management of a mid-size team.
• Assist in resource management, to include planning, execution, and monitoring of spending plans in support of program goals.
• Serve as a support function for the customer strategic review board.

Qualifications:

• TS/SCI with Poly
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proven leadership experience in a complex or dynamic environment
• Experience managing complex programs or operations and integrating diverse capabilities
• Experience working effectively with multiple stakeholders and partners
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage risk and respond to challenging situations
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with international partners
• Must be willing to travel OCONOS up to 20%
