Summary:
- Issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure on-time material delivery.
- Plan and coordinate material dispatch from vendors
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs (on-time delivery, quality defects, responsiveness).
- Review material requirements based on MRP (Material Requirements Planning) runs and production plans.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for GRN (Goods Receipt Note),
- Monitor inbound and outbound logistics for timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality norms.
- Maintain effective communication with local suppliers for fabrication components.
- Resolve daily supply issues such as shortages, quality discrepancies, or transport delays.
- Collaborate with sourcing and strategic procurement teams on long-term supplier agreements
