📍 Location: Orlando, FL (On-site, with potential event travel) | 💰 Pay Range: $21.73/hr – $26.18/hr (Based on experience & qualifications)

Are you a quality-driven leader with a passion for AV technology and team development? LMG is hiring a Lead Quality Control Technician to oversee our video inventory operations and ensure every piece of gear meets the highest performance and safety standards before hitting the show floor.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Lead Quality Control Technician, you’ll ensure our video equipment is event-ready while guiding team growth and operational excellence.

Team Leadership & Training – Mentor and monitor warehouse technicians, supporting professional development and consistent output quality
Equipment Quality Assurance – Inspect and test video gear to maintain performance, safety, and show-readiness
Show Prep & Workflow Optimization – Coordinate and support client demos, event builds, and day-to-day equipment organization
Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving – Identify discrepancies, resolve technical issues, and streamline inventory processes
Inventory Oversight – Manage storage, maintenance, and gear movement to maximize warehouse efficiency
On-Site Logistics Support – Assist with deliveries, equipment setup, and cross-departmental coordination when needed
