What You’ll Do

  • Perform massage and body treatments in accordance with established service standards and current certifications.
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by anticipating needs and creating a warm, welcoming environment.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of spa services, products, hotel amenities, and the local area.
  • Educate guests on product ingredients, benefits, and at-home care recommendations.
  • Answer guest questions in a knowledgeable, professional, and service-focused manner.
  • Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, and service areas in accordance with spa standards.
  • Protect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

  • Current state licensure as a Massage Therapist.
  • 2+ years of industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in performing all applicable massage and body treatments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding people skills with a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time while performing services.
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
