Your Role
You’ll be responsible for keeping our building safe, functional, and comfortable for both residents and staff.
What You’ll Do:
  • Perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, carpentry, painting)
  • Conduct routine safety checks and ensure compliance (fire systems, call lights, generators, etc.)
  • Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests
  • Maintain building exterior and grounds, including seasonal work (snow removal, cleanup)
  • Follow preventative maintenance schedules to avoid larger issues
  • Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized projects and repairs

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in general maintenance, construction, or a skilled trade
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
  • Reliable, consistent, and takes ownership of their work
  • Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Healthcare or life safety experience is a plus (we’ll train the right person)
