Your Role
You’ll be responsible for keeping our building safe, functional, and comfortable for both residents and staff.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, carpentry, painting)
- Conduct routine safety checks and ensure compliance (fire systems, call lights, generators, etc.)
- Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests
- Maintain building exterior and grounds, including seasonal work (snow removal, cleanup)
- Follow preventative maintenance schedules to avoid larger issues
- Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized projects and repairs
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in general maintenance, construction, or a skilled trade
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable, consistent, and takes ownership of their work
- Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Healthcare or life safety experience is a plus (we’ll train the right person)
