Responsibilities
Your role
- Provide strategic leadership for the full project lifecycle, from design through commissioning and handover
- Act as senior client interface, ensuring alignment on objectives, risk management, and performance
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary PMC teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Drive performance across cost, schedule, quality, and safety metrics
Qualifications
Your profile
- Extensive experience delivering large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects
- Proven track record in senior project leadership roles within PMC, consultancy, or client-side environments
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management capability
- Good knowledge of DACH region H&S statutory requirements and understanding contractual models and supply chain capability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English and B2+ level in German of advantage
