Blossom ABA is actively hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for children with autism in Tabor City, NC

and surrounding areas (Whiteville, Chadbourn, Fair Bluff, Cerro Gordo).

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA

• Track and record client progress using data collection tools

• Support skill development (communication, social, daily living skills)

• Maintain professional communication with families and clinical team

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain – we provide support)

• Experience working with children preferred (ABA, childcare, education, or related)

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Schedule:

• Part-time and full-time opportunities available
