This position is primarily responsible for the safe and quality installation of air barrier materials on commercial, residential, and government buildings.


Candidate Requirements:


Must first and foremost be a cultural fit for our team


Professional level experience and high degree of competency in the industry


Technical knowledge and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot rig equipment


Valid Driver's License and a clean background required (3 years)


Be available on evenings and weekends, on occasion


Have reliable transportation and willingness to travel


Tolerate heights and work in extreme environmental conditions


Must be able to lift at least 60 lbs


Must be authorized to work in the United States


MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL (per diem available for travel)




Duties Include:


Load and unload materials


Properly maintain equipment, tools


Work off elevated platforms, ladders or mechanical lifts


Apply both sheet applied and fluid applied air barrier


Operate material sprayers and other tools safely


Use common hand tools such as knives, scissors, and staple guns


Follow safety guidelines and procedures


Help document jobs with basic drawings, measurements, photos


Ensure clean job site
