Job Description

Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Outside sales experience in the beverage industry preferred.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency to include but not limited to: Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, mathematical, time management, organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and work in a rapidly changing, fast growth environment.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to maintain 100/300/100 insurance limitations.
• Must be licensable under the guidelines determined by the state alcohol regulations.
• Must be able to pass background check (i.e. police backgrounds, reference checks…).
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
•Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record:

  1. Cannot have more than two (2): moving violations and/or at-fault vehicle accidents (any combination) in the past three (3) years (for speeding, violations must be under 16mph)
  2. Cannot have more than one (1): speeding violation of 16-29mph OR at-fault accident in the past three (3) years
  3. Cannot have a major violation such as: DUI/DWI, hit-and-run, reckless driving, and/or super speeder (29+mph) violation in the past five (5) years

• Working schedule varies, candidate must understand there may be late night and weekend events he/she will be expected to attend. A traveling filing system will be key to maintain and manage accounts: candidate will be expected to keep files updated and current (files to include account history, beer lists, water lists and any other important information that is needed to manage the territory).
