using platforms such as Salesforce and Alchemy.
Develop and maintain guide formulations and

pipeline, and provide technical support.
Provide technical solutions and proposals to
address customer challenges and project requirements.
Serve as the primary technical contact for

Support regional business units in the expansion of
key partnerships and principals in the region.
4. Training and Development:
Organize and lead technical training sessions, including IMCD Coatings Academy and customized training for the construction segment.
Support customer seminars and internal training to improve product understanding and application know-how.
Promote technical knowledge sharing across SEA teams to strengthen IMCD’s technical leadership in the region

for internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of lab
activities, including project reports, experimental data, and relevant documentation.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in the construction chemicals industry, with a strong background in dry-mix formulations.
Education:Bachelor’s degree (BSc) or Master’s degree (MSc) in Chemistry or a related technical discipline.
Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong experience in formulation development, lab testing, and application support within construction technologies.
