Job Description
  • Deliver the best customer service to our clients and partner clients globally across different support platforms.

  • Show empathy to frustrated clients and care passionately about the service that you as a Tier 2 Customer Service Representative are giving or assisting. 

  • Create support experiences that exceed users' expectations

  • Experience: interpreting, explaining, and applying regulations, laws, or complex policies to carry out assignments; accessing data using a computerized system; independently handling complaints and upset individuals in a business setting; conducting sensitive fact-finding interviews.


Requirements

  • At least 2nd year college undergraduate or Associate Degree graduate

  • Good English communication skills

  • Minimum 2 years BPO experience (voice account)

  • Willingness to work in a team environment

  • Amenable to work on a night shift

  • Able to work on-site
