This position is remote, but candidate must be located in the UK.


JOB DESCRIPTION

The Account Management Team works to ensure that clients derive the maximum value from CFRA's service by developing and implementing customized engagement strategies. The group works with the Sales, Research, Product, Marketing and Sales Operations Teams to develop an in-depth understanding of each client’s requirements and tailors the day-to-day contact and content usage to support the realization of that goal.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an Account Director to join our Account Management Team. The successful candidate will support the team with servicing individual accounts to maximize client engagement with the research. The position may also include the mentoring of junior positions.

THE CANDIDATE

This role would suit a qualified individual with 3-5 years of client management experience in the financial services industry. The role is a client facing and revenue producing role and offers upward potential into a more senior sales or account management role for the right candidate.

  • Proven ability to expand existing client relationships
  • Facility with data analysis

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree - financial major preferred
  • MBA or CFA a plus
