The Devereux Florida Titusville Campus offers a professional therapeutic environment for adolescents boys facing significant emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Our campus offers a safe home-like environment within a community-based setting.
As a Clinical Program Manager, you will:
- Manage the clinical operation at the Statewide Inpatient Psychiatric Program in Orlando, FL.
- Provide clinical oversight for clinicians working toward licensure.
- Provide clinical training for all clinical staff in documentation, utilization review and EBP implementation.
- Partner with the multidisciplinary leadership team to promote teamwork and integrated care.
- Partner with Quality Compliance leaders in assessing and analyzing client outcomes in the development of performance improvement activities.
- Facilitate positive experiences in all relationships both internally and externally, including but not limited to customers including funders, referral sources and family/guardians.
Position Details:
Pay Range: $68,500 - $78,090 / annually. (compensation based on experience/education)
Location: On-site

Qualifications:
Education & Licensure:
- Master’s degree in n Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field required
- Licensed in the state of Florida under Department of Health to provide clinical services required
- Qualified supervisor preferred
Experience:
- Five years related experience (preferably in a residential setting) required
- Must have leadership skills to lead a diverse group and problem solve effectively
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
Other Requirements:
- Valid Driver's license
- Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test and TB Test.
