In this role, you will work inside an established agency, developing sales skills, managing client relationships, and learning the day-to-day operations of a growing business. You will also begin building your own book of business while working alongside experienced agency leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business through referrals, networking, and outreach
  • Build and manage client relationships
  • Identify customer needs and recommend coverage options
  • Work directly with an experienced agent to develop sales and business skills
  • Manage renewals and ongoing client service
  • Complete licensing with provided study materials
